USE & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Handle The Composite From Cutting To Care

Keep the pile, pattern, backing and care method consistent from roll opening through finished furniture maintenance.

01

Before Cutting

Check the 142 cm width, 200 + 100 GSM layer basis, face/back orientation, pattern repeat, pile direction and roll condition. Keep the approved swatch or strike-off with the cut plan.

02

Upholstery Installation

Lay all panels in one nap direction, allow for pattern matching and seam turnings, and use an adhesive, thread, foam and frame combination compatible with the bonded backing. Trial curves and seams before production.

03

Routine Care

Blot spills with a clean white cloth rather than rubbing. Avoid over-wetting, strong solvents and prolonged heat; follow the furniture care code and brush the pile gently when dry.

04

Storage And Records

Store rolls dry, ventilated and protected from direct heat, sunlight and contaminants. Keep style, color, batch, quantity and the approved sample together for maintenance and repeat orders.

Important Handling NoticeVelvet pile and bonded backing must be handled within the furniture maker’s care instructions. Do not machine-wash fixed upholstery, soak the composite or apply bleach, high heat or solvents without a compatible care procedure. Test any cleaner on a hidden sample and stop if color, pile or backing changes.
